Job Description

Padma Mart is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Packaging Executive to accurately process, prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders while maintaining product quality, packaging standards, and timely delivery coordination.

Responsibilities & Context

Receive and review customer orders from the e-commerce order management system and prepare them accurately for fulfillment.

Pick the correct products from inventory according to order details, quantity, SKU, size, color, or other specifications.

Inspect products before packing to ensure they are in good condition, accurate, complete, and ready for delivery.

Pack customer orders securely and professionally according to Padma Mart’s packaging and product safety standards.

Prepare shipping labels, invoices, delivery documents, and other required order information before dispatch.

Coordinate with Customer Experience, Inventory, Accounts, and Courier teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing and delivery.

Maintain accurate records of packed, dispatched, returned, cancelled, damaged, or incomplete orders and immediately report discrepancies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing and fulfillment area while following company procedures for inventory handling and packaging materials.
