Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will lead our technology department, drive product development, manage engineering teams, and ensure our technology roadmap aligns with business objectives.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and execute the company’s overall technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead and manage software development, engineering, and IT teams.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecture.
  • Oversee web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, and internal systems.
  • Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
  • Build and maintain a strong engineering culture with best coding practices.
  • Manage the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ensure product quality, security, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with CEO, product, marketing, and business teams to align technology with company goals.
  • Research emerging technologies, AI solutions, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Establish development standards, documentation, and technical processes.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, databases, and system scalability.
  • Mentor developers and build a high-performing technical team.
  • Evaluate technical risks and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
