Job Description
  • We are looking for a confident, responsible, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Intern to assist with customer communication, sales follow-up, lead management, and daily support activities.
  • The intern will communicate with potential and existing customers, respond to inquiries, maintain customer records, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
  • This position is suitable for students and freshers who want to develop practical skills in sales, customer communication, and business development.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Provide basic information about company products, services, pricing, and offers.
  • Follow up with potential customers and interested leads.
  • Maintain and update customer, lead, and sales information in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, quotation follow-up, and customer communication.
  • Handle basic customer complaints professionally and forward complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Prepare simple daily or weekly reports on inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
