Job Description
  • Novocare Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Ward Boy to support patient care services and assist hospital staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. The role involves helping patients with daily activities, supporting nurses and doctors, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with hospital operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transferring patients to beds, wheelchairs, and other areas safely.
  • Support patients with personal care activities such as bathing, changing clothes, and maintaining comfort.
  • Serve meals to patients and assist them with feeding when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of wards, patient areas, beds, and change bed linens regularly.
  • Assist in cleaning, sterilization, and proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Collect and transport patient samples, documents, and reports to relevant departments.
  • Support proper disposal of medical waste according to hospital safety guidelines.
  • Assist doctors, nurses, and hospital staff with additional patient care and ward-related activities.
