Job Description
  • Novocare Hospitals is seeking an experienced Nurse (OT & Ward) to provide professional nursing care, assist during surgical procedures, manage patient needs, and support doctors and healthcare teams. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, especially in operation theatre procedures, sterilization techniques, patient monitoring, and emergency care management.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Prepare operation theatre, surgical instruments, and required medical supplies according to procedure requirements.
  • Assist surgeons, doctors, and healthcare teams during operations and emergency situations.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs, treatment responses, and maintain accurate nursing records.
  • Maintain proper sterilization, infection control practices, and safety standards in OT and wards.
  • Provide medication, wound care, post-operative care, and other nursing interventions as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient information, nursing activities, and clinical reports.
  • Follow hospital policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with medical teams.
