Job Description

Al Hera Medical Center is seeking skilled Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse professionals to provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care in departments including General Ward, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Labour Room, and Maternity Ward. The role focuses on patient care, clinical support, maternity services, emergency response, and maintaining professional nursing standards.

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Nursing

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

Provide safe, quality, and patient-centered nursing care according to hospital policies and clinical guidelines.

Perform antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care for maternity patients with proper monitoring and support.

Assist doctors during normal delivery procedures and ensure proper patient care as instructed.

Monitor patients’ conditions, record vital signs, and provide necessary nursing interventions.

Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and maintain accurate patient documentation.

Follow Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) guidelines and maintain a safe healthcare environment.

Provide health education and counseling to patients and families regarding hygiene, nutrition, and breastfeeding.

Participate in emergency care, routine clinical activities, and maintain professional communication with healthcare teams.
