Job Description
  • Sarjeel Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Manager – Accounts & Corporate Finance to lead financial management, accounting operations, corporate finance activities, and banking relationships.
  • Candidates with strong experience in banking, corporate finance, financial planning, and accounts management will receive priority.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting/Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 35 to 45 years
    • Only Male can apply
    • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Corporate Finance, or Banking.
    • Strong experience in banking and corporate finance will be given priority.
    • Experience in a diversified business group or multiple business units will be an advantage.
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
  • Handle corporate banking activities and maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Manage bank facilities, loans, LC, BG, OD, CC, and other banking arrangements.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding financing, documentation, transactions, and fund requirements.
  • Develop financial plans and support management in strategic financial decision-making.
  • Monitor company expenses and ensure proper financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise accounting team members and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
