Job Description
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage patient billing, payment collection, invoice preparation, and financial records while ensuring accurate and efficient billing operations at the diagnostic center.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 27 to 37 years
    • Both Male, Female are welcome
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Prepare and process patient bills accurately for diagnostic tests and healthcare services.
  • Collect cash, card, mobile banking, and other payments from patients.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations as required.
  • Verify test charges, service prices, discounts, and applicable packages before billing.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of billing transactions and collections.
  • Coordinate with the reception, laboratory, and accounts department regarding billing issues.
  • Handle patient billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
  • Prepare daily collection summaries and submit them to the appropriate authority.
