Job Description
  • We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Officer to manage inventory, medical supplies, laboratory consumables, equipment, and other store-related activities while ensuring proper stock control and timely availability of essential items.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Commerce

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 26 to 34 years
    • Both Male, Female are welcome
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store medical supplies, laboratory consumables, and other materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase or replenishment requests when necessary.
  • Issue supplies to laboratory, nursing, reception, and other departments according to approved requirements.
  • Regularly check stock quantities, expiry dates, and product conditions.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure systematic arrangement of all items.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory records.
  • Prepare stock reports and immediately report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
