Job Description
  • We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Officer to maintain the diagnostic center’s computer systems, network, software, and IT equipment while providing timely technical support to employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide technical support for computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and necessary applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
  • Maintain and monitor the diagnostic center’s LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support for laboratory, billing, patient management, and other healthcare-related software systems.
  • Perform regular data backup and assist in maintaining system security and data integrity.
  • Maintain records of IT equipment, software licenses, repairs, and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers for system maintenance and major technical issues.
