Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of freelancing and digital skills training for young women and NEET youth, helping participants develop practical digital competencies, build freelancing careers, and access remote work and income-generation opportunities.

Responsibilities & Context

Design and deliver practical training programs on freelancing, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and other market-relevant digital skills.

Train, mentor, and coach young women and disadvantaged youth to build confidence and participate successfully in the digital economy.

Guide learners in creating professional portfolios, profiles, proposals, and strategies for global freelancing platforms.

Provide hands-on support in using Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, AI tools, and other digital productivity platforms.

Facilitate learner-centred sessions using participatory, inclusive, and gender-sensitive training methodologies.

Monitor learner progress, provide individual guidance, and identify challenges affecting training outcomes and employment readiness.

Prepare training reports, learner documentation, progress updates, and data analysis to support effective project implementation.
