Job Description
  • Udayan Small Business Cooperative Society Ltd. has been working at the grassroots level to improve the socio-economic condition of underprivileged communities through microfinance and small business development initiatives. To support the successful implementation and expansion of its microfinance operations, the organization is recruiting Field Officers Grade-1 and Grade-2 (Loan Operations).
    • Requirements

    Education

    • HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 20 to 35 years
    • Both Male, Female are welcome
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct field-level microfinance and loan operations according to organizational policies.
  • Identify and enroll potential members and maintain strong relationships with existing members.
  • Form and manage member groups and conduct regular weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Collect members' savings and loan installments on a regular basis.
  • Process and verify loan applications and recommend eligible borrowers.
  • Disburse approved loans and monitor their proper utilization.
  • Monitor borrowers' income-generating activities and provide necessary guidance.
