Job Description
  • Khandaker Law & Lexicon is looking for experienced, actively practicing Advocates to join its legal chamber. The position is suitable for professionals with hands-on courtroom practice and strong legal drafting and case-handling capabilities. This is a chamber-based legal role rather than a corporate position.

    • Bachelor of Law (LLB)

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Represent clients and handle assigned matters before relevant courts.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare necessary case-related documents.
  • Draft petitions, applications, pleadings, notices and other legal documents.
  • Manage and follow up on ongoing litigation and court proceedings.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case progress and legal requirements.
  • Prepare case strategies based on relevant laws, facts and available evidence.
  • Coordinate with senior lawyers, associates and other legal professionals.
