Job Description

Young Consultants (YC) is seeking a Research Executive to support research and consulting projects related to Fisheries, Marine Fisheries, coastal development, and the Blue Economy. The role is suitable for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who have strong research, analytical, communication, and data-handling skills.

Requirements

Education

Master of Science (MSc) in in Fisheries, Marine Engineering

Additional Requirements

Age 26 to 32 years
Both Male, Female are welcome

Responsibilities & Context

Conduct primary and secondary research on fisheries, marine resources, coastal development, and blue economy-related projects.

Collect, organize, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from field surveys, interviews, reports, and desk research.

Participate in field visits to coastal and marine areas for data collection, stakeholder interviews, and project assessments.

Review national and international policies, regulations, research papers, best practices, and frameworks related to sustainable fisheries and blue economy development.

Prepare research reports, policy briefs, presentations, project proposals, and other technical documents.

Coordinate with government agencies, industry stakeholders, local communities, researchers, and other relevant organizations.

Maintain project databases, research records, documentation, survey data, and other information in an organized manner.
