Job Description
  • Intelis Solution Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager, Consulting and Research to lead and coordinate consulting, research, technical study, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities. The role will involve working with senior consultants, technical experts, field teams, and institutional stakeholders while ensuring high-quality reports, project deliverables, and timely completion of assigned assignments. A significant portion of the role will support a multidisciplinary technical study related to port and infrastructure development.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of consulting and research assignments, including work planning, consultant follow-up, documentation, and deliverable tracking.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical studies by working with consultants, technical experts, field teams, and internal management.
  • Prepare and maintain project work plans, activity schedules, deliverable trackers, meeting calendars, and progress monitoring documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants and experts regarding assigned tasks, report inputs, review comments, field requirements, and technical documentation.
  • Support the preparation of inception reports, technical study reports, progress updates, presentations, annexes, data summaries, and final submission packages.
  • Conduct research, review reference materials, collect relevant information, and prepare summaries to support consulting assignments and reports.
  • Review consultant and team submissions for completeness, accuracy, structure, consistency, formatting, and submission readiness.
