Job Description
  • National Energy Services Limited (NESL) is a Bangladesh-based human resources recruitment and management company serving the energy, construction, and manufacturing sectors. NESL is recruiting a Reporting and Documentation Specialist for Grant Thornton Bangladesh. The selected candidate will support advisory and consulting assignments through proposal and tender preparation, methodology development, data analysis, technical writing, and professional documentation. The role requires strong analytical, communication, writing, and documentation skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals, EOIs, tender submissions, and related bidding documents.
  • Review TORs, RFPs, and tender requirements and translate them into clear scopes, approaches, work plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subject-matter experts to prepare accurate, compliant, and persuasive proposals.
  • Develop project methodologies, technical approaches, implementation plans, and analytical frameworks.
  • Prepare and refine concept notes, project documents, reports, presentations, and other advisory deliverables.
  • Convert complex technical information and data into clear, concise, and professional content.
  • Clean, organize, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using Microsoft Excel and relevant tools.
  • Prepare analytical summaries, tables, charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support project findings and presentations.
