Job Description
  • Edu Abroad Limited is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the overall operations of its Student Visa, Work Visa, Immigration, and Education Consultancy business. The COO will translate management strategy into effective operations, drive business growth, improve team productivity, strengthen service quality, and coordinate across Sales, Counseling, Visa Processing, Immigration, Documentation, Accounts, HR, and Administration.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Lead and supervise the company’s daily operational activities.
  • Ensure all departments follow approved SOPs and company policies.
  • Develop operational plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify bottlenecks for corrective action.
  • Supervise the complete student visa workflow from lead generation through enrollment and visa outcomes.
  • Monitor counseling, university selection, application preparation, documentation, and visa processing.
  • Supervise immigration and work visa processing teams and ensure proper document verification.
  • Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Supervise Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Counselors.
  • Improve lead-to-client conversion rates and monitor the sales pipeline.
  • Establish professional counseling standards and improve client consultation experience.
  • Ensure accurate, transparent, and ethical communication with clients.
