Job Description
  • JBM Agrovet is an agro-based company that develops, markets, and distributes veterinary medicines, animal feed, nutritional supplements, and other agricultural inputs.
  • The company is looking for experienced District Field Developers to expand its market presence and provide field-level support to farmers, livestock producers, dealers, retailers, and veterinary professionals. The selected candidates will manage assigned territories, promote products, develop distribution networks, and support customers with practical information and technical guidance.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement field-level sales and market-expansion plans within the assigned district or territory.
  • Visit farmers, livestock producers, veterinary doctors, dealers, retailers, and other potential customers regularly.
  • Promote veterinary medicines, animal feed, nutritional supplements, and agricultural products through meetings and field demonstrations.
  • Identify and appoint potential dealers, distributors, and retailers while maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners.
  • Achieve assigned sales, market-coverage, product-distribution, and payment-collection targets within the required timeframe.
  • Collect market information, monitor competitor activities, identify customer needs, and report new business opportunities to management.
  • Maintain daily field-visit records, prepare sales and activity reports, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate product delivery with the company.
