Job Description
  • Medinova Medical Services Ltd. is seeking qualified and energetic Medical Technologists cum Phlebotomists to support its diagnostic services across Bangladesh. The position is open to Diploma in Medical Technology holders, including recent graduates. The selected candidates will be responsible for patient sample collection, laboratory testing, specimen handling and providing quality diagnostic support while being willing to travel throughout Bangladesh.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Collect blood and other patient specimens accurately while following proper phlebotomy and sample collection procedures.
  • Properly label, handle, process and preserve collected specimens to ensure sample integrity and accurate laboratory results.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests and specimen analysis according to established laboratory procedures.
  • Operate laboratory testing equipment and instruments safely and efficiently as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of collected samples, laboratory tests, results and other necessary documentation.
  • Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, infection-control and quality-assurance procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate with patients, healthcare professionals and laboratory teams and provide professional support during diagnostic and sample collection activities across assigned locations.
