Job Description

A A Rashayan Shilpa Ltd., a concern of Syed Group of Industries, is looking for an experienced Lead Man / Lead Operator for its Sulfuric Acid Plant located at BSCIC Industrial Estate, Kanaipur, Faridpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily plant operations, monitoring production activities, coordinating operators, and ensuring safe and uninterrupted plant operations.

Responsibilities & Context

Supervise daily plant operation and production activities.

Monitor the overall production process and operational activities.

Provide instructions and coordinate the work of plant operators.

Monitor plant and machinery performance and identify operational issues.

Report equipment, machinery, and production-related problems to the appropriate authority.

Take necessary measures to maintain uninterrupted production operations.

Ensure proper operation of plant machinery and equipment.

Maintain compliance with plant safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Monitor workplace safety and ensure operators follow required safety practices.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues.

Maintain proper operational records and report significant issues to management.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.
