The Manager – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, cash management, and compliance with internal accounting procedures. The role requires strong experience in FMCG/manufacturing environments and proficiency in Tally ERP.

Responsibilities & Context
Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare, maintain, and record bank-related transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the electronic accounting system using Tally.
Prepare accounting vouchers and maintain cheque registers.
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Review daily expenditures, vouchers, requisitions, and financial transactions.
Maintain account books, registers, ledgers, and other financial records.
Record accounting adjustment transactions in the database.
Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
Manage cash flow, cash handling, and cash disbursements.
Prepare official correspondence and letters for banking purposes.
Provide financial and operational reports to management as required.
