Job Description
  • United Finance PLC is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s overall financial strategy, reporting, treasury, tax compliance, risk management, and financial governance. The role will provide strategic financial leadership and support senior management and the Board in making key financial decisions.

  • Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead financial reporting and ensure accurate, timely, and transparent preparation of financial statements.
  • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity management, and effective utilization of financial resources.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax, VAT, Bangladesh Bank, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage financial risks and strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk-management frameworks.
  • Lead capital management and balance-sheet planning to maintain the organization’s financial strength and stability.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and senior management on investment, budgeting, business performance, regulatory, and other key financial matters.
