Job Description
  • Xiya International Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant - Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office and residential areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for regular cleaning, washing, kitchen maintenance, waste management and other tasks assigned by senior staff.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Sweep and clean floors regularly.
  • Mop floors using appropriate cleaning materials.
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms, basins, commodes and toilets.
  • Use cleaning products such as soap, Harpic and phenyl appropriately.
  • Clean tables, chairs, doors and window glass.
  • Empty office waste bins and maintain proper waste disposal.
  • Keep kitchen areas, dishes and sinks clean.
  • Wash bedding and other textiles by hand.
  • Assist with other necessary office or household tasks as directed by senior staff.
  • Maintain a proper record of completed work.
  • Ensure assigned areas remain clean, hygienic and organized.
