Job Description
  • Handle international telemarketing sales activities for overseas clients.
  • Communicate with international customers in fluent English through telephone calls.
  • Promote and sell products or services according to company requirements.
  • Work in a night-shift environment aligned with international business hours.
  • Candidates with previous international telemarketing experience will be preferred.

    • HSC, Diploma (Vocational), Bachelor of Science (BSc)

  • Make outbound calls to international customers and potential clients.
  • Present products/services clearly and professionally over the phone.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
  • Follow up with potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the team and report sales performance to management.
