Job Description
  • AZ Simple Solution (AZS Tutoring) is seeking part-time online tutors to provide personalized one-to-one instruction to K-6 to K-12 students.
  • The position is fully remote and work-from-home based.
  • Tutors will teach students according to their grade level, curriculum, academic needs, and learning pace.
  • The primary subject mentioned is Mathematics, with opportunities involving Science, English, and other K-6 to K-12 subjects.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct engaging one-on-one online tutoring sessions.
  • Teach students according to their grade level, curriculum, and individual learning requirements.
  • Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, assignments, and other learning resources.
  • Explain complex academic concepts in a simple, clear, and patient manner.
  • Identify students' learning difficulties and provide appropriate academic support.
  • Monitor students' academic progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Help students prepare for homework, quizzes, examinations, and other assessments.
  • Adapt teaching methods according to each student's learning style and ability.
  • Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and the tutoring team.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain assigned tutoring schedules and conduct classes punctually.
  • Create a safe, respectful, positive, and encouraging online learning environment.
