Job Description
  • Synergy Tours & Travels is looking for a smart, experienced and result-oriented Senior Travel & Visa Counsellor. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in visa processing, travel consultancy, client relationship management and sales.
  • The position is particularly suitable for candidates who can effectively convert leads into successful sales while providing professional travel and visa counselling to clients.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline

    • Age 25 to 35 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Handle visa processing and documentation.
  • Provide professional travel and visa counselling to clients.
  • Prepare and manage travel-related documentation.
  • Plan tours and develop suitable travel itineraries.
  • Manage leads received through WhatsApp, Facebook and other channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Handle customer queries regarding travel packages and visa services.
  • Work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the customer journey.
