Job Description
  • Expert Consultant is looking for smart, energetic, and dedicated Student Counselor & Admission Officers to join its team in Mirpur, Dhaka. The selected candidates will be responsible for counseling students, following up with prospective applicants, assisting with foreign university admissions, handling documentation and student queries, and working with the conversion team to achieve admission targets. Training will be provided for file processing, making this opportunity suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide face-to-face counseling to students regarding study opportunities and admission processes.
  • Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
  • Assist students with admission applications to foreign universities.
  • Prepare required documents, complete application forms, and maintain student files and records.
  • Manage the Facebook page and respond to student queries promptly.
  • Handle student inquiries through phone calls and provide accurate information.
  • Process admission files and ensure all required documents are properly organized.
  • Work with the conversion team to convert leads into successful admissions.
  • Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professional relationships with students and provide continuous support throughout the admission process.
