Job Description
  • Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Training Executive at its Banani, Dhaka office. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are at the beginning of their professional career and have up to 1 year of experience.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct induction and refresher training for Medical Services Officers.
  • Facilitate training sessions on product knowledge and new marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate both in-person and online training programs.
  • Regularly update and improve training modules based on business and learning requirements.
  • Support the Training and Development Team in ensuring effective employee learning and development.
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across different training sessions.
  • Apply effective training facilitation and learning & development techniques to improve participants’ knowledge and skills.
