Job Description
  • Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited, is seeking a Officer, Production to support its pharmaceutical raw-material manufacturing operations. The company operates from its facility at the API Park in Gazaria, Munshiganj, with a focus on producing world-class pharmaceutical raw materials for both local and international markets.

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Managing and monitoring day-to-day production activities in the manufacturing facility.
  • Ensuring production processes are carried out according to approved SOPs, GMP and quality standards.
  • Monitoring manufacturing operations to achieve planned production targets.
  • Coordinating with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production.
  • Maintaining proper production records, batch documents and operational reports.
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery performance during production activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements within the production area.
  • Identifying production-related issues and supporting timely corrective actions.
  • Maintaining a safe, efficient and disciplined production environment.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
