Job Description
  • EBL Securities PLC is a leading stock brokerage firm and a fully owned subsidiary of Eastern Bank PLC. The company is looking for dynamic, career-focused and results-driven professionals to join its Business Development Department as a Business Executive (Junior Officer–Assistant Vice President). The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base, developing business opportunities, managing investment portfolios and supporting investors in making prudent investment decisions across the capital market.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to increase equity and revenue.
  • Identify and acquire High Net Worth (HNW) clients and manage their investment portfolios.
  • Supervise and monitor client portfolios across different equity and investment instruments.
  • Execute nationwide sales initiatives to expand the company’s client base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while attracting new clients and investment funds.
  • Communicate regularly with existing and potential clients and arrange meetings to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide clients with appropriate support and guidance regarding investment opportunities in the capital market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trading and operational teams, to ensure smooth business activities.
  • Ensure all business and client-related activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare periodic management reports as required.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
