Job Description
  • EBL Securities PLC is looking for a dynamic and integrity-driven professional for the position of Compliance Officer (Officer–Senior Officer) in its Compliance Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s trading, operational, and client-related activities comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role will also support effective risk management, corporate governance, AML/CFT, KYC, and overall compliance practices within the organization.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, BFIU, and other relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor trading and operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and necessary regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure proper KYC, CDD, AML/CFT compliance and maintain appropriate client documentation.
  • Monitor margin operations, client exposure, collateral, and applicable regulatory limits.
  • Review and monitor market activities across Cash, Margin, SME, Spot, Block Market, and other trading segments.
  • Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, inquiries, and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Identify compliance gaps and contribute to strengthening internal controls and risk-management practices.
  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes.
  • Provide compliance guidance to relevant departments and employees.
