Job Description
  • Youth Cooperative Society Ltd. is seeking motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Field Officer in Cox’s Bazar. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out field-level activities, maintaining communication with members or clients, collecting and maintaining necessary information, and supporting the organization’s operational activities. The role requires regular field visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with people at the grassroots level.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct regular field visits and perform assigned field-level activities.
  • Communicate and maintain good relationships with members, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain necessary information and documents from field-level operations.
  • Support the organization’s programs, projects, and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Visit assigned areas regularly and monitor ongoing activities.
  • Prepare and submit field reports to the concerned supervisor or management.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, client/member information, and related documents.
  • Assist in identifying new members, clients, or potential opportunities for organizational growth.
  • Follow up with members or clients regarding assigned activities and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth execution of field operations.
