Job Description
  • BRAC Bank PLC is seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional for the position of Associate Manager, Distributor Finance. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing Distributor Finance business activities, developing relationships with distributors and relevant stakeholders, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring smooth execution of financing operations. The role requires strong analytical, relationship management, communication, and business development skills.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage and monitor Distributor Finance portfolio and related business activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Distributor Finance portfolio.
  • Assess business and financial information to support appropriate financing decisions.
  • Monitor customer and distributor accounts, repayment performance, and overall portfolio quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and smooth execution of financing facilities.
  • Analyze portfolio data and prepare regular reports, business updates, and performance insights.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular market and customer analysis to identify business trends and potential risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies for improving portfolio performance.
  • Resolve operational and customer-related issues through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
