Job Description
  • Kirit Holdings Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to independently manage civil construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring proper planning, estimation, site execution, cost control, and coordination with contractors.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Plan, supervise, and independently manage civil construction projects from start to completion.
  • Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, material requirements, and project budgets.
  • Monitor construction work at project sites to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and resources to maintain effective cost control.
  • Identify site-related technical issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions to avoid delays.
  • Prepare progress reports, inspect completed work, and ensure projects are delivered within the required time, quality, and budget.
