Job Description
  • Solar Home Co is looking for an experienced PV Design & Quotation Engineer to support the design, estimation and commercial activities of rooftop solar PV projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for site surveys, PV system design, PVsyst simulation, EPC cost estimation, bidding and quotation preparation for commercial and industrial rooftop projects. The role also requires coordination with clients and occasional business travel.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct site surveys for commercial and industrial rooftop solar PV projects.
  • Prepare PV system schemes, layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Perform PVsyst simulations and analyze solar PV system performance.
  • Prepare EPC cost estimates and commercial quotations for projects.
  • Prepare bidding documents and commercial tender proposals.
  • Review PV equipment specifications and market prices for accurate costing.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding technical requirements, project scope and quotations.
  • Support business development and client communication activities.
  • Evaluate project requirements and propose suitable solar PV solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project proposals.
