Job Description

Hawa Restaurant and Party Center is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Waiter to support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong food and beverage service skills, team coordination ability, and the confidence to handle customer concerns professionally.

Responsibilities & Context

Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous table service.

Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar team.

Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper service standards.

Supervise and guide junior waiters and other service staff during daily operations.

Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly prepared.

Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.

Check food and beverage presentation before serving customers.

Assist in managing busy shifts and maintaining smooth restaurant operations.

Monitor customer satisfaction and provide appropriate support when required.

Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
