Job Description
  • Al-Azhar International Grammar School (AIGS), Uttara, Dhaka is seeking qualified, fluent, and dedicated Teachers to join its academic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality lessons, supporting students' academic development, maintaining a positive learning environment, and participating in various academic activities. Candidates with 2–4 years of teaching experience in the relevant English-medium field will receive preference.

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the assigned subject and curriculum.
  • Teach and guide students effectively in an English-medium learning environment.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
  • Evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor students' progress and identify areas requiring additional academic support.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school authorities regarding academic progress.
  • Participate in examinations, academic activities, meetings, workshops, and school events.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
  • Use appropriate teaching methods and educational resources to make lessons interactive and effective.
