Job Description
  • Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is seeking a Center In-Charge for its Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The role will oversee the daily operations of two Vocational and Livelihood Training Centers (VLTCs) in Mymensingh and ensure effective implementation of training, employment, community engagement, monitoring, and safeguarding activities.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage the daily operations of two VLTCs.
  • Ensure training schedules and sessions are properly implemented.
  • Introduce and adapt demand-driven trades based on local needs.
  • Coordinate with employment service experts and potential employers.
  • Supervise trainers and support staff.
  • Maintain regular coordination with community mobilizers.
  • Ensure the availability of required training materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Maintain accurate center records, including attendance, inventory, and MIS.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, inclusive, and gender-friendly training environment.
  • Coordinate with the Upazila Manager and central project team.
