Job Description
  • Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is seeking Skills Trade-Specific Instructors under its Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The role is responsible for delivering practical, trade-based vocational training at Vocational and Livelihood Training Centers (VLTCs) in Mymensingh. The instructor will focus on developing trainees’ technical and job-ready skills through structured lessons, hands-on demonstrations, practical sessions, and performance assessments.

    • Age 20 to 32 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Deliver trade-specific technical training according to the approved curriculum.
  • Prepare and implement lesson plans, job sheets, demonstrations, and practical training sessions.
  • Conduct hands-on and participatory training to develop trainees’ technical skills.
  • Assess trainees’ theoretical and practical performance.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, training, assessment, MIS, and portal records.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements during training.
  • Support trainees in developing practical and job-ready skills.
  • Coordinate with the Training Manager and employment/job placement service experts.
