Job Description
  • Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is seeking an Instructor for Social Emotional Behavior (SEB) and Enterprise Development Training (EDT) under its Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The role will focus on developing trainees’ soft skills, workplace behavior, entrepreneurship capabilities, financial literacy, and readiness for employment or self-employment at VLTCs in Mymensingh.

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline

    • Age 20 to 32 years
    • Both Male, Female are welcome
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Deliver SEB training modules covering communication, teamwork, confidence, mindset, and financial literacy.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions, role plays, discussions, and group activities.
  • Develop trainees’ soft skills, workplace behavior, and professional competencies.
  • Monitor trainee participation and track behavioral development.
  • Support trainees with job-readiness skills, including CV preparation and interview techniques.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, session, assessment, and training records.
  • Integrate gender, inclusion, and safeguarding principles into training activities.
  • Coordinate with technical trainers and the job placement team.
  • Deliver entrepreneurship and enterprise development training sessions.
  • Guide trainees in developing practical business plans.
  • Provide training on financial literacy, market opportunities, and market linkages.
  • Support trainees in developing viable small-business and self-employment ideas.
