Job Description
  • We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused professional for the position of Showroom Executive / Sr. Executive. The position is responsible for achieving showroom sales targets, providing excellent customer service, managing customer relationships, supporting showroom operations, maintaining product displays, and contributing to overall business growth in the tiles and sanitary ware sector.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for tiles and sanitary products.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and corporate clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, quotations, and sales negotiations.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Ensure proper product display, showroom cleanliness, and attractive product arrangement.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products, prices, offers, and competitor products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams regarding stock, delivery, payments, and sales transactions.
