Job Description
  • We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to manage the overall operations of Khulshi Mart branch. The Branch In-Charge will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, managing inventory and daily store operations, leading the branch team, maintaining customer service standards, controlling operational costs, and ensuring smooth and efficient branch performance.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maximize branch profitability.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer buying patterns, and local market trends.
  • Control operational expenses, product wastage, and inventory shrinkage.
  • Manage daily cash handling, POS operations, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure proper opening, closing, and day-to-day operation of the branch according to SOPs.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages.
  • Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation.
  • Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate branch employees.
  • Prepare staff rosters according to business requirements and peak hours.
  • Conduct regular team briefings regarding sales targets, customer feedback, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards across the branch.
