Job Description
  • Beauty Booth Bangladesh is looking for a dedicated and innovative QC/QA/R&D Chemist for its skincare brand, The Celeste. The role will be responsible for developing and improving skincare and personal care formulations, conducting laboratory testing, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous product development. The position will work closely with production to ensure product consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 25 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop, formulate, and improve skincare and personal care products.
  • Research and evaluate new cosmetic ingredients and innovative formulation techniques.
  • Conduct stability, compatibility, performance, and laboratory tests on products.
  • Perform QC checks on raw materials, bulk products, and finished products.
  • Investigate product quality issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Maintain formulation records, test reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and formulation accuracy.
  • Ensure products comply with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
