Job Description

Kyoungbo Trading Company Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Merchandiser to manage ready-made garment merchandising and product development activities. The role will involve coordinating garment development, communicating effectively with foreign buyers, handling buyer requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the buying house business, excellent communication skills, and fluency in spoken English.

Responsibilities & Context

Handle merchandising activities for ready-made garment product development from initial stage to final execution.

Develop and coordinate garment products according to buyer requirements, specifications, and timelines.

Communicate and maintain professional relationships with foreign buyers regarding product development and order-related matters.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities.

Follow up on product development, samples, specifications, and buyer feedback to ensure timely completion.

Conduct market research and stay updated on garment trends, buyer requirements, and market developments.

Ensure effective buyer handling and provide regular updates to management on product development and merchandising progress.
