Job Description
  • Intex Link Garments (BD) Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Mechanic to ensure the smooth, safe, and uninterrupted operation of sewing machines and other production equipment in its garment manufacturing facility. The position will be responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and support efficient production. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in garments or garment accessories manufacturing and strong mechanical maintenance skills.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service sewing machines and other production equipment.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance of machinery to ensure reliable and uninterrupted production.
  • Identify mechanical faults and perform timely troubleshooting and corrective repairs.
  • Monitor machine performance and take necessary measures to minimize breakdowns and production downtime.
  • Ensure proper servicing, adjustment, and replacement of machine parts when required.
  • Maintain machinery and equipment in safe working condition while following workplace safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine-related issues and ensure smooth garment manufacturing operations.

    Textile Textile Technologist Garments or Textile work experience will be add extra value ETP in Textile Garments
