Job Description
  • A reputed Knit Composite Factory is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Sr. General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of its knit composite factory. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, operational excellence, quality standards, cost control, workforce management, and timely achievement of business targets across the factory. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to different production and support functions, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, and drive continuous improvement to maintain a productive, safe, and competitive manufacturing operation.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Handle merchandising activities for ready-made garment product development from initial stage to final execution.
  • Develop and coordinate garment products according to buyer requirements, specifications, and timelines.
  • Communicate and maintain professional relationships with foreign buyers regarding product development and order-related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities.
  • Follow up on product development, samples, specifications, and buyer feedback to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on garment trends, buyer requirements, and market developments.
  • Ensure effective buyer handling and provide regular updates to management on product development and merchandising progress.

    Textile Textiles & Garments Maintaining Textile Technologist Garments or Textile work experience will be add extra value
