Job Description
  • Wild Denim LLC, a US-based buying house, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead merchandising activities for its Denim & Russian Market Division. The role will serve as a key link between international buyers and manufacturing operations in Bangladesh and China, with a strong focus on denim products, ladies trousers, product development, sourcing, costing, sampling, and end-to-end order execution. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in apparel merchandising, strong knowledge of denim fabric, washing and finishing, established sourcing networks, excellent buyer handling and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-pressure orders for the Russian market.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage end-to-end buyer communication and relationship management from product development and initial inquiry through final shipment.
  • Review buyer tech packs and requirements and convert concepts into workable production plans for manufacturing units in Bangladesh and China.
  • Lead product development, sampling, costing, order execution, and ensure products meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and target costs.
  • Coordinate with fabric mills, washing plants, accessories suppliers, factories, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing and production.
  • Source denim fabrics, trims, and accessories while ensuring the required quality, competitive costing, and timely availability.
  • Closely monitor production processes including cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and ensure fit samples, lab dips, PP samples, and other critical approvals are completed on time.
  • Proactively monitor production and shipment schedules, resolve operational issues, and ensure all orders are delivered to international buyers within agreed timelines.
