Job Description
  • Marketing Bee, a Chattogram-based marketing agency, is seeking an experienced SEO & Media Buying Expert to manage and optimize SEO and paid advertising campaigns. The role focuses on improving organic search visibility, optimizing websites for traditional and AI-driven search, managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and using performance data to drive measurable results.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO.
  • Optimize content for AI search, Google AI Overviews, GEO, AEO, and answer engines.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits covering site speed, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
  • Identify technical issues and implement or coordinate appropriate fixes.
  • Monitor and improve organic rankings, traffic, and overall search visibility.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage campaign targeting, budgets, creatives, keywords, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Test and scale advertising campaigns based on performance data.
  • Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, events, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze SEO and paid campaign performance and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear, data-driven insights.
  • Monitor search engine algorithm updates and changes in advertising platform policies.
