Job Description
  • Al-Hera Hospital is recruiting Staff Nurses for its HDU department, committed to providing state-of-the-art technology and world-class healthcare. Candidates for this position must possess a Diploma or BSc in Nursing Science & Midwifery, along with 2 to 3 years of practical work experience in an HDU setting.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide necessary nursing care to patients in the HDU.
  • Regularly monitor patients' physical condition and ensure appropriate nursing care.
  • Carry out medical treatments and nursing procedures as directed by the physician.
  • Inform the attending physician about significant changes in the patient's condition or vital signs.
  • Administer medication, handle medical equipment, and perform nursing tasks as required.
  • Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort.
  • Adhere to HDU guidelines and the hospital's established nursing protocols.
  • Take prompt and appropriate action during emergencies.
  • Accurately document all information related to the patient's treatment and nursing care.
  • Strictly follow the hospital's infection control and safety policies.
