Job Description
  • Shishu Sasthya Foundation Bangladesh is seeking an experienced Principal to lead and manage its Nursing Institute in Mirpur, Dhaka. The role requires strong expertise in nursing education, teaching, training, and administrative activities. Candidates with an MSc in Nursing or equivalent qualifications and prior experience as a Principal or Vice Principal will receive preference. The position involves overseeing academic and administrative activities of the nursing institute and ensuring effective teaching and training standards.

  • Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative activities of the Nursing Institute.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise nursing education and training programs.
  • Ensure effective implementation of academic curricula, teaching schedules, and training activities.
  • Supervise and guide nursing faculty members and other academic staff.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of nursing education and training.
  • Coordinate examinations, assessments, academic activities, and student-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant nursing education standards and institutional policies.
  • Manage administrative activities related to the nursing institute.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to faculty, staff, and students.
  • Develop and maintain a professional learning environment within the institute.
  • Coordinate with hospital and other relevant departments for practical training and clinical education.
  • Handle other academic, administrative, and institutional responsibilities as assigned.
